A 'post' is defined as a successful post to the list (e.g., not caught and removed by spam filters, etc). A 'subscription' is defined as an instance of a successful subscription transaction to a list. An 'usubscription' is defined as an instance of a successful unsubcription transaction to a list.
Support
Support replies listed by department minded from the support database. Support-related replies handled outside of eSupport are not included in this data.
Things to note about a reply:
- A 'reply' is a message sent by a Unidata staff member to the user(s) in response to a question asked.
- A single ticket in eSupport can have one or more replies.
- A single reply may be sent to more than one user (e.g., someone is CCed, etc.).
- One or more institutions, countries/states, affiliation types may be represented by a single reply since the reply can be sent to more than one user.
