Core versus non-core institutions represented for Support netCDF Java reply data: April 01 2012 to April 01 2013

Core institutions = US-based, degree granting universities, colleges and technical schools and EDU entities.

A support ticket can have one or more replies. A reply can have one or more users. Hence there can be one or more insitutions represented in a single reply.
