Ray,

I updated the awips2-server group to install the package that was missing.  For 
you and anyone else who has installed "awips2-server", this is the fix:



yum --enablerepo=awips2repo clean metadata
yum groupupdate awips2-server

Similarly, the command "yum install awips2-edex-hydro" will get you there, but 
the awips2repo metadata should be refreshed.

I do not see this on my EDEX servers.  But I have to take a closer look. 
edex-azure.unidata.ucar.edu will be down for a bit this afternoon while I try a 
few things.

This may be why the edex start was hanging at that end point, it looks at that

If it goes this long, Ctrl+C cancel out of it and run "edex" again.  If all 
services are running then everything is fine.
