Hello all,

Unidata AWIPS II has been updated to fix a permission error on CAVE
install, where root ownership on files in /awips2/cave/configuration
prevented CAVE from launching.

Additionally, the default EDEX server localization site has been changed to
BOU (Boulder, Colorado).  The edex-azure cloud server is still localized to
OAX, but if you install your own, or update your own, you will see the
package awips2-localization-BOU installed.

Some users have reported missing CAVE menus.  Frankly, the localization
configuration on the EDEX server is mostly headaches and little benefit to
non-WFO sites, so I would like to work on a solution to generalize or
outright remove localization from the user interface.

The install the latest packages:

yum groupupdate awips2-server
yum groupupdate awips2-cave
