GFE support does not appear to be included in the Unidata AWIPS II release, i.e. on the EDEX side, none of the GFE required ingest processing is configured or even included in the repo RPMS. Same with Hydro and MPE persepctives. You have to install and run the NWS partner site AWIPS II to get GFE but you cannot mix and match (i.e. run a Unidata CAVE from a NWS-spec edex and vice-versa.) -- Erik Magnuson ________________________________ From: awips2-users-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [awips2-users-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Michael Foland [mfoland@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, October 07, 2014 2:14 PM To: awips2-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [awips2-users] GFE Problems Getting a lot of Python errors when you go to launch GFE. Also it gives an error bout the maps not loading. Any reason why GFE isn’t working? ________________________________ The information contained in this email message is intended only for the use of the individual(s) to whom it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged and sensitive.
