I just pushed some CAVE and Python updates live:


   - fixes for GFE Python (which solved most but not all GFE python
   problems)
   - fixes for NCP satellite imagery color maps
   - awips2-python-2.7.10 is correctly built against system tcl/tk and now
   has RPM requirements on install for the devel packages (causing problems in
   GFE).
   - awips2-python-scientific was updated with the correct build against
   NetCDF (also causing problems in GFE).
   - awips2-edex-upc update for logging users ("edex users") after changes
   in how EDEX request logs connections.

As always, updates can be made manually (yum groupupdate awips2-cave -y) or
with the install script
https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/awips2/installCAVE.sh (which should
manage updates for AWIPS 16.1* without the need to uninstall/reinstall)
