What is the best way to go about deploying a custom CAVE package from
Eclipse? I'm working on a few local modifications and fixes (with eyes on
contributing back to the community). I have it running through Eclipse as
developer.product (per instructions on GitHub) but want to build a
standalone package.

I have attempted to work with the Docker build but am getting stuck trying
to pull in the awips2-ade container for some reason that is likely local to
my machine. Any advice?
