GRIB to GEMPAK translator
========================

A GRIB to GEMPAK translator is now available on CODIAC.
This allows data archived as GRIB files to be translated
on-the-fly and delivered as GEMPAK files. Currently, this
option is available for all the NCEP model data in case 005
and case 007.
