Hi Jim,

I see now you talk about both "instrument" and "sensor". Is it so that
GCMD uses "sensor" while the ISO 19115-2 uses "instrument" ?

Moreover, the "project" part is not really clear to me. Wouldn't
"platform" be enough to uniquely identify a satellite, so that "project"
could be optional ?
