The *deadline for comments is June 28, 2010*. The FCC needs to know what impacts sharing this will have. See the attached NWS notices to users and FCC Public Notice DA-1035 (ET Docket No. 10-123) released on June 4, 2010. *Potentially impacted parties include the private sector, academia and state and local government users* of data received via the 1675-1710 MHz band for Meteorological Aids Service and Meteorological Satellite Service. This frequency band includes radiosonde spectrum and all of NOAA's direct GOES and POES satellite broadcast service spectrum. *This does include EMWIN and GOES & POES satellite imagery and data.
