Not a lot of news in October, as we've been occupied with a meeting of the
Unidata Strategic Advisory Committee and with the annual Software Training
Workshop. Still, check the update for:

   - an introduction to Unidata's Jupyter Notebook Gallery
   - information about an opening for a software developer at the Program
   Center
