David,

Each of the top level sites showed a period of high latency / limited
volume
during the  12Z-16Z period this morning. Data was inserted at the
source, but the missing products you note are dur to data being aged out
of the LDM queue before the downstream could obtain. The latency has now
dropped back to zero for the top level sites, so it appears that the
network has been restored at the source at this time.

We will continue to monitor...
