ASOS Program Manager, who kindly checked with the FAA, and determined...

  KTQS -- “Southern Weather System site on Vandenberg Space Force Base
(KVBG)”
  KVGN -- “Northern Weather System site on Vandenberg Space Force Base
(KVBG)”

(Sorry, don't have more specific latitude/longitude/elevation at this
time.  FWIW, these are coming in under WMO header SAUS14 KAWN [AFWA, now
557th Weather Wing].)
