Greetings!

There will be a disruption of service for users of Unidata managed TDS
instances tomorrow, November 10th, beginning at 8:00 AM MST and lasting up
to 12:00 PM.

Our main demonstration server, thredds.ucar.edu, will have access to a
backup generator during this period of time, and should remain up during
the four hour window. In the event that thredds.ucar.edu becomes
unavailable, our cloud demonstration server
thredds-jetstream.unidata.ucar.edu is a near clone (but a shorter window of
available products).

thredds-jumbo.unidata.ucar.edu, thredds-test.unidata.ucar.edu and
thredds-dev.unidata.ucar.edu will be unavailable during the four hour
window. GOES 16 products served via the TDS are unique to these servers,
and will not be accessible via TDS services; general access to these data
will still be possible via AWS S3:

On Saturday, November 10th beginning at 8:00 -- 4 hour window -- power work
on the FL 2 building as part of the Facilities replacement of the generator.

NETS plans to keep all networking in fl2-3095 up during the outage as a
best effort service, dependent on UPS and generator stability.

These NETS switches in FL2 will be offline for the duration of the outage
    fl2-2069-c1-gs
    fl2-2104-c1-gs
    FL0, FL1, FL2, FL3 internal analog lines

NETS switches in FL0, FL1 and  FL3 should remain up:
    fl0-1042-c1-gs
    fl0-1092-c1-gs
    fl1-2152-c1-gs
    fl1-2037a-c1-gs
    fl2-2076-c1-gs
    fl3-3068-c1-gs
    fl3-3087-c1-gs

There should be no effect on switches at FLA and FL4.
