Chi-Fan,

This is the perl module created by netcdf-perl.  It should be in dir:

/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/NetCDF.pm

Find out where it is in your system. Then add the line:

push( @INC, <where NetCDF.pm is in you system, in quotes> ) ;

before line:

use  NetCDF ;

Chi-Fan,

You need to install netcdf and netcdf-perl before running sao2nc. Here's
