I made a decoders release, called decoders-2.4.4.binary.tar.gz   It's
located at:

% ftp www.unidata.ucar.edu    login as anonymous
% cd pub/binary/aix_4.3-rs6000
% get decoders-2.4.4.binary.tar.gz
