Sbastien,

As far as I know there isn't a Grib writer written in Java. The Grib
readers written in Java only appeared in the last couple of years. I
searched the web for "Grib Java writer" and only found a missed name
support message from us. You might want to contact the NWS to see if they
can help you out.
