when the system was brought down there was a GribIndexing operation in
progress that sets a lock on the dir, that lock wasn't remove so that dir
wasn't indexed. there is an option to clear the locks, i'll put it in the
ldm startup. the Grib indexing should be done in 10 minutes at the most.

the thredds/idv/models.xml catalog, the dataset does not
load. The 06Z works fine. Perhaps the index got hosed in
the motherlode hang this morning?
