David et al,

Yes, we have been seeing the same DiFAX problems on our end too.  We are all 
very impressed with the reliability of FOS data coming across from them via the 
IDD, but no one here can say the same for DiFAX. I am hoping that they upgrade 
difax.alden.com ASAP.
