Hi Ben,
the weather.aero (Experimental ADDS/NNEW) servers are implemented on top
of SOAP. Based on the error I see listed, it seems as if either we are
not properly implementing KVP-based getCapabilities or SOAP requests and
responses are the issue.

Please note that there has not been much opportunity to exercise this
client against WCS 1.1.x servers so it is not surprising that there
were some difficulties in those cases. Hopefully this will open a
dialog on the issues that arise with such client/server interactions.
