0) Discuss Peter Giacovelli's NO vote and comment for WCPS. Hopefully Peter
can attend the teleconference.

According to the EVote policies and procedures, this group will
have to address all comments. Two 'NO' votes will cause the vote
to be suspended and an adjudication cycle will be initiated. Note
that comments associates with 'YES' votes are not required to be
addressed until after the vote has been completed.
1) Determine PRIORITY of change requests listed on the Twiki page. Please
review the change requests and determine your preferred priorities. The
prioritized CRs on the Twiki page

will eventually be our standing agenda. Until that is complete I'm going to
continue using Arliss' technique.
2) Discuss difference between item "6.2 Coverage encoding extension interface" and "6.3 Coverage encoding core (common?) implementation" on the twiki page: https://portal.opengeospatial.org/twiki/bin/view/WCSrwg/WCS12ChangeRequests
3) Processing extension documents to WCS 1.1 Corrigendum 2 (v 1.1.2) that are
based on change requests which are already partially complete, including:
a) Specifying netCDF coverage format
b) Specifying geoTIFF coverage format
c) Specifying JPEG coverage format (Change request OGC 07-145, needs to be
updated)
d) Specifying JPIP coverage format (Change request OGC 07-146, needs to be
updated)
4) The document template for WCS format extensions discussed on Twicki page
http://portal.opengeospatial.org/twiki/bin/view/WCSrwg/FormatTemplate
and some email messages. Arliss has asked all SWG members to review this
template outline and suggest improvements.
5) Improve draft change request 08-105r1, improving the discussion of CRSs and
BoundingBoxes, in Subclauses 7.5 and 7.6 of WCS 1.1 Corrigendum 2. Arliss
asked all SWG members to review this document, especially those who
participated in those teleconferences
6) What is the status of the WCS 1.2 RWG work items listed on the Twicki pages
at http://portal.opengeospatial.org/wiki/twiki/bin/view/WCSrwg/WCS12ChangeR
equests? When do you expect to be able to provide an estimate of when you will
complete draft specification material? At this time, the higher priority
changes seem to include (some order implied):
* Conformance classes
* Abstract Test Suite
* WSDL encoding of WCS SOAP interface (being worked on by the OWS Common
SWG)
* Multilingual support (being worked on by the OWS Common SWG)
* Allow GetCoverage to output one file that includes all coverage data, not
multi-part MIME (this is the same as item 1) listed above)
* Allow asynchronous GetCoverage
* Generalized domain (see pending documents 08-008r5 and 07-059r5)
* Allow time-only GetCoverage requests (separate from generalized
domain?)
