GALEON folks have started to collect their requirements on "coverage" handling, 
see http://galeon-wcs.jot.com/WikiHome/Data%20And%20Service%20Requirements%20Collection 
(guess I have posted this link already)

I interpret this also as an invitation that we put our questions there should 
we need to deepen our understanding of these items :)
