Sorry, I meant gpnids, which allows you to create a text file output
from the VAD winds.

Robert and Neil,

Actually, GPVAD just plots the NVW nexrad III product.

If I understand Neil's intent, he's asking to dump the values out
to a file for ingestion to a model- which would be more like a decoder
to an upper air file.
