suggested GEMPAK 5.9.3 NAM pqact entry issue

I am having problems decoding the NAM grid 212 and NAM grid 215 models
using the GEMPAK 5.9.3 suggested pqact entries (the ones shipped with
the distro). I also had the same problem with 5.9.1. I only want to
decode the 212 and 215 gris, so I have these entries:

# NAM #212 40km grid CONUS
HDS|CONDUIT (/mNAM|/mNMM|MT.nam|nccf/com/nam).*#212
       PIPE decoders/dcgrib2 -d data/gempak/logs/dcgrib2_NAM212.log
               -e GEMTBL=3D/usr/gempak/GEMPAK5.9.3/gempak/tables
#
# NAM #215 20km grid CONUS
HDS|CONDUIT (/mNAM|/mNMM|MT.nam|nccf/com/nam).*#215
       PIPE decoders/dcgrib2 -d data/gempak/logs/dcgrib2_NAM215.log
               -e GEMTBL=3D/usr/gempak/GEMPAK5.9.3/gempak/tables
#

However, nothing gets decoded. (I do see the files arriving).

I have to use the entry to decode all NAM models (I don't want all of
them) to get 212 and 215:

#HDS|CONDUIT|NGRID (/mNAM|MT.nam|^[LM]..... KWBE)
# PIPE decoders/dcgrib2 -d data/gempak/logs/dcgrib2_NAM.log
# -e GEMTBL=3D/usr/gempak/GEMPAK5.9.3/gempak/tables
#

I am not even seeing the logfiles (dcgrib2_NAM212.log,
dcgrib2_NAM215.log) being generated so maybe the pattersn for 212 and
215 aren't correct?

Thanks,
