Invalid mapfile defined in NMAP2

I just got gempak 5.10.1 up and going. When I load up a spf of anything
(radar, sat, model) in NMAP2, I get the following error.

TIME/DATE [GEMPLT -5] NOMFIL =96 Invalid mapfile define =96 default used

My US state boundaries aren=92t where they should be. When viewing IR, I can
see the coast lines due to temp contrast=85but the state boundary overlays are
skewed to the west.

It also takes longer to load my loops.

Any ideas on what=92s causing this?

Thanks,
- Brian
