I created a subdirectory $RAD/NIDS/NATIONAL/BREF and copied the files
into the new names:

BREF_20070808_2245
BREF_20070808_2345

Then used nmap2 with the Range/Int button setting the reference time to
070808/2345 and was able to view the product.
