Hi Sen..
You will need to be much more specific - the problem could lie in with sncfil (maybe use snlist to verify it worked properly prior to using sncross). 

Use the help on line and the examples to step  you through the process.

I got a quick question about using sncross
I am trying to put some sounding files (different locations) together and plot cross section using sncross. I used sncfil to create sounding file, then used sncross. Anyhow, it doesn't work. 
Anyone out there has this type of experience,  please giveme a hand.
