I know I am jumping in, but I thought the GPFUN separators where "!" not "|=".

Thanks for the help!  I changed my gdplot2 to reflect what you sent my way.
.. and am still having issues.  Now it wont even read the input grid when i
have gvcord=3Dnone and glev=3D0.

Is there something I'm just missing?  Is there some reason I cannot just ha
ve the gvcord & glev you offered?
