I have been beating my head for weeks.
The projection info http://www.nws.noaa.gov/noaaport/html/icdtb48e.html
for the East and West is missing some vital information..
Central Meridan and Standard Parallels
are needed to completely set up the Lambert Projection

I want to use the satellite imagery in another application,
but without the full info.. I'm stuck
anybody got suggestions??
