Speaking of WOU, I don't like the blue circles that fill the county. If I were to remove a county, it still shows the blue circle. I looked at the datatype.tbl I was missing the NN in my pqact.conf WOW do the pdf files need to be updated .. the flags for WOU online and in the NAWIPS/doc/User_guide/pdf are no where near each other no wonder I was getting wierd results no just to get rid of the filled counties .. I got the union working .. but the darn counties are filled..
