[gembud] strang vgf export

I began to create the WOU (union) to vgf,
then used the vgftoascii to convert to a text file..
all works great, except todays Tornado Watch 79
Im assuming that the converted txt file is the public
outline, because there is some sort of limit in the vgftoascii
that will not convert that big of a file ??

its doning it on both my servers, so must be a limit..
any way to get around ??
