Re: [gembud] DCLSFC synoptic decoder

Hi James,

They look like SYNOP reports indeed.  That means I will need to dig 
deeper.  I was actually working on some archived SYNOP data (using 
command line entries) and noticed the missing stations.  Then, I 
noticed that those stations were also missing in the real-time GEMPAK 
file.  Thank you for sending the GEMPAK file.  But I am running out of 
ideas on how to debug this problem.
