[gembud] NSHARP background map missing

Trying to figure out why when selecting sounding data in NSHARP the
background map disappears and just showing the latlon lines. It does the
same thing with NWX as well. Ive tried to check through the resource files
and i couldn't find nothing on it. Any clue how to fix this? here's a
