[gembud] upc_n0q ?

What is the fix for no upc_n0q.tbl in, for example, nmap2 NIDS base reflectivity display? I think it was introduced with the new imgtyp.tbl, right? But that there is actually the upc_n0q256*.tbl 's but no upc_n0q.tbl. 

For the gempak GUIs, where should changes be implemented now?
