[gembud] datatype.tbl updated to fix NMAP2 MISC menu bug

Hi All,
A user brought to my attention the 60-entry max for CAT_MSC in datatype.tbl being displayed in NMAP2. This prevented the FFA menu item from being visible.
The updated file is located at: https://raw.github.com/Unidata/gempak/master/gempak/tables/config/datatype.tbl
