Greetings.  Thanks to quick work by Daryl Herzmann of Iowa Environmental 
Mesonet group a global update to the GEMPAK station table can be found at 

http://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/sites/networks.php  (see the link in the 
top right of the page "Global METAR in GEMPAK Format"
