We are still having an issue with our warning decoders. I had found these 
entries in the ldmd.log which might provide a hint:



Mar 13 12:42:20 reg-10-17-160-133 journal: pqact[11490] ERROR: child 21004 
exited with status 2 (PIPE decoders/dccsig -d data/gempak/logs/dccsig.log -e

The files produced by these decoders are empty (0 bytes size) which is the same 
problem we have with most of our severe weather polygons.
