We've noticed an issue with reception of GFS mos files since around July
19, it appears as though the files (which are usually ~90 MB) are on the
order of 9-10 MB.  The files are missing the parameters we are
interested in (TMNK12, TMXK12, PP120000PA) and pretty much most
everything that should be included.

A quick check of the yyyymmddhh_gfsmos.gem files on

http://motherlode.unidata.ucar.edu/decoded/gempak/model/mos/

shows similar behavior.

Is this an upstream issue or do we just need an updated table?
