GOES-14 is providing GOES-East coverage. GOES-14 product processing and
distribution continues to be nominal. GOES-14 is stationary at 105
degrees West with no current plans to drift east. Only INR start up
schedules are currently available for GOES-14. Until recovery mode is
complete, the imagery should not be considered within normal tolerance
for navigation. Routine and rapid scan (RSO) imaging schedules will be
available for GOES-14 on May 24, 2013, at approximately 1130 UTC.
GOES-15 terminated full disk imaging and returned to the routine West
schedule.
GOES-13 will remain in storage mode while the anomaly is being
investigated. No estimate on return to operations at this time.

Acho que não há previsão para o retorno. O GOES-14 foi ativado para
servir de backup e as imagens estão disponíveis no LDM do
idd.cptec.inpe.br.
Não é o ideal, mas pode "quebrar um galho".
Infelizmente os dados do GOES-12 não estão mais disponíveis no
formato necessário para visualizar no GEMPAK.
O Unidata mantêm uma lista de e-mails chamada nws-changes.
Informações que afetam o fluxo de dados do NCO/NCEP são publicadas
nessa lista.
É uma cópia das mensagens distribuídas através do GTS e que também
ficam disponíveis nas webpages do NOAA.

THE SATL ISSUES MORE CLOSELY THEY WILL BE ABLE TO BETTER FINE
TUNE THE RETURN TO SERVICE TIME FOR GOES-E.
GOES-W WILL CONTINUE IN FULL DISK MODE TO COVER AND THIS WILL
CONTINUE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.
