Problem with visualization

Hi,

I have downloaded version 2 of IDV for Linux (Kubuntu) and I have a problem
Is not any type of visualization in the screen. Neither a map nor nothing. 
Single is a black screen or white according to it chooses the type of color 
Can be problem of OpenGl? My graphic card does not support the OpenGl
