ScaleLabels class

In the IDV 2.2 javadocs online, reference is made to both

ucar.visad.display.ScaleLabels
ucar.unidata.view.sounding.ScaleLabels

and both seem to describe the same method calls.

The idv 2.2 jars contain just the latter class, which seems to have the more 
obscure class name.

Any clarification appreciated.
