[idvusers] capture image issue

Hi felows am trying to save a movie or capture and image . the application 
begin  to capture the frames very well but when i want to save the application 
freez with no error message just freez.

the application has 2gb of memory and i have a ATI X1600 and I just upgrade the 
last version of java
