In theory, yes, but we have not tried it.  Right now, you would have
to install the 64 bit Java 3D onto your system.  You could then
download the IDV with no JRE and modify the runIDV.bat script
to point to your Java version.

We are about to update the nightly installers to the latest Java
version and i will take a look at creating a 64 bit installer
for XP and Vista.
