[idvusers] running jython script from command line

Hi

I got subset.py script in user manual. It can be run easily in jython shell and 
also as formula. I tried running the script from command prompt using:

runIDV -script subset.py

It takes longer time to initialize IDV and nothing displayed. Please suggest me 
appropriate solution to run script from command prompt.
