[idvusers] isl center tag causing divide by zero

I downloaded the nightly build jar files (Apr  5) and am using those...I had
the same issues with build 2.9u3

I have the following c.isl
<isl>
<bundle file="default.xidv" />
<center north="37.0" south="36.0" east="-95.0" west="-96.0" />
<pause seconds="10" />
<image file="test.png" />
</isl>

when loaded with
./runIDV c.isl -islinteractive
idv comes up fine with the display zoomed/centered at the center defined points 

when loaded with
./runIDV c.isl
I get several data selection :null errors and a divide by zero error and the script bails.
