Re: [idvusers] isl scripting

Hi Luis,

Hi fellows am wondering if there is a way to use the property (Use most
> Recent 20 files) like we use in Data Choosersà Directory but using it in ISL

I think you can do this. You can use the fileset tag:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv/docs/userguide/isl/FileTags.html#fileset
in the setfiles tag in the bundle tag:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv/docs/userguide/isl/DataAndDisplays.html#setfiles

There are undocumented fileset attributes sort, sort direction, first and
last. So you can do something like:

<fileset
<http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv/docs/userguide/isl/FileTags.html#fileset>
        dir="the directory to look at"
        pattern="file pattern to match"
        sort="time"
        sortdir="ascending"
/>
