Here's a suggestion:- Open a Command Window (All Programs->Accessories->Command Prompt (or something like that)
- cd to the directory where you installed IDV 3.0 e.g.: cd \Program Files\IDV_3.0 - run the runIDV.bat script by hand: ./runIDV.bat If there's an error, it should show it in the window. Don
