Jim,

In McIDAS-V we have a color table category named "AWIPS->Radar->DualPol"
that has color tables for differential reflectivity, correlation
coefficient, and a couple others. I exported them, zipped them up, and put
them here:

ftp://ftp.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/incoming/mcidasv_dualpol_colortables.zip

So you should be able to grab them and import them into the IDV.
