Gilbert,

Use wxp's scour or something like this script.

Here's the script used on my NOAAPORT system:

#! /bin/sh
for file in /home/unisys/wxp/nids/*
   do
   /home/unisys/wxp/bin/scour -verb $file ksize=500
done
