Brief data outage

We had a data outage between roughly 19:10Z-20:45Z due to a technical
glitch at my end. My upstream site dropped an old machine name, and I
forgot to switch over to it's newer name on my ingest machine.
It's all straightened out now. However, data loss should be limited to
19:10-~19:45Z. I apologize for any inconvenience.
